Derrick was able to remove the pet urine smell! He was diligent about cleaning the stairs and two bedrooms. I no longer have stair shame! The carpet looks brand new. And he took the time to extract the carpet where it took no time to dry. Zerorez really does above and beyond and better than any other services I have tried over the years.
