The technician was very professional and explained the process since this was the first time I have had my carpet cleaned. He wore a mask and practiced social distancing which I appreciated. The cleaning went very fast. When he was done he explained when I could put furniture back, vacuum, etc.

I really like four things about your service. 1) Attention to detail. I feel the techs really cared about doing the very best job possible and it showed in their attention and focus on problem areas in the carpet as well as how thorough they were throughout. 2) The personableness of the reps. The two who came to my mom's home were super pleasant and respectful without being overly friendly. Just a perfect balance. 3) The willingness to come back out if a problem resurfaced and to give knowledge and options. 4) The attention to Covid safe practices by the reps. I surely won't be using any other carpet service from now on. What a relief to have a good company to work with.
