The carpet cleaning technician was very personable and professional; he assessed the carpet and recommended the protective coating to maintain the carpet health. He wore a mask and shoe covers while in my home. The carpet looks clean and does not have any perfume or fragrance odor.

I will say, I was very disappointed that I was not allowed to give him a tip after we checked out with the app. I was able to last year when I had your services. I would say that is a big change that should be made. People should be able to leave a tip. Unfortunately I did not have much cash on me and I felt very bad.

We had a great experience! Our carpet looks like it did the day we moved in and the stains prior to the cleaning were horrible! Tom walked us through the process, explaining what he was doing. He was as knowledgeable and cared about what we wanted!
