Technician was prompt and courteous and got right to work. He was thorough and answered all our questions and concerns that we had. We are pleased with how clean the carpets turned out and many areas were dry within 12 hours. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend zerorez to anyone looking for a thorough cleaning and also being ok for pets - no harmful chemicals.

The technician was efficient, friendly, and professional. My only issue is the marks left on my baseboards by the cleaner head. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue. Due to the fact I’m selling my house I have to go around and fix the baseboards that were marred.

The individual who picked up our rug was professional and courteous. Overall, it was easy and I know they will do a nice job with the cleaning of the rug.

Your man did a wonderful job. Where I was disappointed & surprised, is I called and made appointment. I was quoted 3 room special, I have 3 rooms. I was not asked about square foootage, if I had been I would of given it. When your cleaner came he up charged me from 3 rooms based on square footage and said he had to charge me for 5 rooms. I accepted because I had a sump pump failure, I had dealt with service master, man to fix/ clean up after Service Master and the last step to getting my basement back in order was you guys. So I paid the new increased fare, but I do believe it should have been quoted up front. This has all been very costly I had called several carpet cleaners, your price was good and I have used Zero in the past so I know quality of work. Just disappointed in UP charge / felt shady.

I like the ease of scheduling, the warranty on the work, and the "clean" cleaning process.

It was odd that Zerorez sent two different trucks/techs out as separate appointments to clean each unit of my duplex when it was scheduled as a back-to-back job.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Damon. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of your company and your products. I will use Zerorez again as the need arises and would have him come to my home again.
I have been in the customer service industry for 40+ years and I have high expectations. Damon met and exceeded my expectations.
