The employee who came to my house was friendly and very knowledgeable. My 21 year old carpet looked brand new when he was finished. Before I knew it he was done. He had me inspect everything. I wish I remembered his name. It was Derrick or Dylan I think. You will have a record of it. He said he worked for zerorez for 5 years.
