Chris Harvey was punctual, put down canvas where he brought in hoses and covered the door with plastic. He did a good job with the one spot. Very pleasant young man. If I was in that business he would be the person to hire.

Rich was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on with my old pet-stained carpet. Technicians Rich, and Simon were professional, and efficient. I have no doubt that my carpet was disinfected and cleaned in the best way possible.

Technician was very knowledgeable of carpets and did not try to up sell. Not only did he do a great job cleaning the carpets but he took the time to he educate myself with proper cleaning and maintaining my carpet.
