The service was professional, prompt, and friendly. My one concern is that the employee removed his mask each time he got close to speak to me, which defeats the purpose of wearing one.

My sister's rental carpets were so nasty and stinky. After zerorez came through, there wasn't a smell, and the carpets were cleaner than I expected! The serviceman was also very nice, & worked swiftly.

We will be using this service as well for our home now that we know the amazing results!
