Always thorough friendly and on time

Easy to schedule, technicians are on time, and results are good. The only issue I have is that I feel like technicians always try to upsell other services. I paid for extra services this time, but it was $250 more than I had initially planned and I'm really not sure it was necessary.

Tech was so friendly and knowledgeable. Had answers to all my questions and also some great suggestions. I will request him specifically next time. I love the carpet cleaner product given to me with my services. I have kitties and they don’t always clean up after themselves☹️ This product takes out every single cat mess. My entire home looks and smells fresh and new. Helped boost moods around our house since we are all stuck inside now due to COVID. I also had tech do some area rugs for me and they look brand new again. Thanks for a much needed boost

Did a great job getting out stains.

Our technician was knowledgable, and he did not rush. You guys did a great job of accommodating the time I requested.

The only disappointment I have is that I got my duct cleaning done right after my carpets, and the equipment the technician had to bring it got my clean carpet all dirty with wheels. There was no care to cover the wheels with plastic when in my house. I make the technicians take of their shoes or wear booties, not sure why it wouldn't occur to them to cover wheels that have wheeled outside into my house with something as well.

And even if there is some expectation that a floor will get dirty from the equipment for duct cleaning, then at the time I make the appointment I should be informed that maybe the carpet cleaning should be done after. There was nothing of that noted to me with the phone agent I talked to when making and confirming the appointment times.

But outside of this experience, all other times have been really great service and results!

Our technician, Anthony, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He got spray paint out of brand new carpet! He also took care of our stairs and stair landing. We asked him for a consult on our car and he provided one and took care of the vehicle as well! Fabulous job all around. I've used Zerorez before and I'll use them again.
