What do you like about our products and services?

We had a problem (my husband's slippers) causing spots after a cleaning when the carpet was still wet. I called Zerorez and discribed what happened. They came out an recleaned the carpet, not charge. Amazing!

Matt did an excellent job and also gave great tips for carpet care. I do think $50.00 is too much to pay for “portable”.
