In our new house, the carpet (2 years old) was dusty and so matted down. We called in ZeroRez as an alternative to literally replacing the carpet. It was well worth the call! Our carpet looks fabulous and the technicians were great and so friendly!

Not only was the carpet cleaning fantastic but Latrell actually took the time to interact with my kids. I have pretty chatty kids who don’t understand that people might be busy and while being extremely efficient and thorough Latrell also chatted with my 4 year old and even explained when things might be loud so that he wasn’t afraid. Honestly, all around this could not have been a better experience. I will always use Zerorez.

The cleaner was prompt, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and respectful of our property and comfort. While not miracle workers, the carpets are nice and clean. No odors or downsides.

We have wool carpeting and the person who did our carpet was very good. He went over things before he started and was very professional. We have used Zerorez in the past and have been very pleased with the services.
