Since we will be inside a lot this winter with a newborn, we wanted to get our carpets super clean. We had a wonderful experience with Alex from ZeroRez. He was courteous and efficient. We had a very large stain that he worked very hard at and it looks SO much better. I will be calling ZeroRez on a yearly basis from here on out.
