The website was very user friendly, allowing me to easily schedule our carpet cleaning in a convenient way.
Our technician showed up very promptly, actually a bit early, which was tremendous, calling in advance to give me the option of staying with our scheduled cleaning time or coming a bit early. This was a really welcome addition to the cleaning process - a nice touch, giving the customer the option.
Nick - I believe was the name of our technician, was just absolutely terrific! What a professional. He was very conscientious, thoughtful and a great communicator. He clearly explained how he was going to proceed before he started working and then worked at a very brisk, but not rushed pace. He completed the job within his original time estimate and he then gave me a complete overview on the cleaning work he had accomplished. We were thrilled with the results of the cleaning! Friendly, professional, and courteous! Dustin came in did 4 rooms and a hallway he did some spot removal and treatment of some sort. They did great no smell (except clean), no residue, natural safe chemicals. In and out in a timely fashion.

Zerorez does a great job. The staff is competent and reliable. I have used their services for years. Just recently, they cleaned my carpet because I was getting new furniture. He did a great job working on yeh indentations and marks from a heavy sofa in the same spot for 20 years. However, when by love seat was moved for the new furniture, it was obvious that it had never been moved to clean under it. I called the. They sent someone out the next day and cleaned it up for no charge. They stand behind their work!

No chemicals

Staff is friendly and keeps in touch on arrival times and any Changes. Our Carpet was cleaned very thoroughly except one spot in our Family room, which was missed. Otherwise, we felt it was a pretty good cleaning on our carpet.

Scheduling was easy. I was able to get a technician who could do two different services that I needed in the same visit. He called ahead of time, showed up when promised and was done much more quickly than I expected. And the carpets look great!
