My carpets smell so fresh after having them cleaned. I also like that they took special care in finding any pet mishaps with a light and then determine the proper treatment for each area. I could not believe how well the main floor carpeting was done. It looks practically new. There was stains from the prior people who rented this place and now it looks amazing Will definitely call back another time to do the basement carpeting to finish off the whole house. The gentleman who came to my parents home was very nice and respectful on wearing the mask and booties to keep everyone safe from this pandemic.
