ZeroRez did an amazing job getting our new house clean and ready for us to move in. During this time of COVID-19, I wanted to make sure our new home was as clean as it could be. ZeroRez came and cleaned all the carpets and the ducts. They were able to work on our timeframe, were helpful in making sure we did the appropriate cleanings without up-selling us, were on time, professional, and courteous. The service providers are always friendly and concerned about my concerns. They ask but don't push extra services. They are efficient and keep everything clean.
I like the service. The only comment is that in all previous visits your employee would lift the couch and not clean around couch and chairs. As I was working in another room I did not have the opportunity to talk to him.

The person that did our last cleaning was excellent. He protected the carpeting that was not getting cleaned and did a great cleaning of the carpet he was here to clean. You have a great employee and hope you do not lose him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
