Because vent cleaning isn't something you need annually, I was sure the price would be sky-high with a bunch of add-ons that I was pressured into. Technician was timely, professional, and efficient. Drying time was reasonable (with the help of a large fan and good dehumidifier and a few ceiling fans). There was no residue and the carpets look and feel great.
