However, Sharing profits with employees is not merely a gesture of goodwill but a strategic business decision that can drive long-term success. It fosters a motivated, loyal, and engaged workforce, ultimately leading to higher productivity, improved financial performance, and a stronger company culture. While price increases may provide short-term gains I.e., providing a manipulative questionnaire asking for a TIP and increasing the already high costs to the customer. Technician was amazing. He really made it feel like he cared about our home and did the best he could. It turned out amazing! 3yr old carpets look brand new again and those two small stains, gone! I love how there was zero residue left over when he was done. Carpet was of course still damp, but that was gone in less than 24hrs. Highly recommend and would use them again!
