No residue in the ZeroRez product is an excellent choice for my family. Ease of scheduling, professional cleaners who work hard, explain well and are customer service oriented make ZeroRez an excellent professional home cleaning company.

The service itself (air duct cleaning) was fine. What really put you over the top were the two employees you sent to do the job. They were fantastic.
Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained everything so that I could understand and showed me all of the work once they were done.

It's hard to find young people anymore that show up on time, do a good job, and understand the idea of customer service. These two hit all of the marks.

Honestly, our tech, Joshua B. is being wasted in the service tech position. He is fantastic and should really be selling, training or working higher up in your (or any) company. He has a perfect personality for working with ALL people and you can't teach/train that.

They made a second visit to correct an issue. I suggested we could do ourselves but they made the effort to come back and resolve the issue.

Always do what they say they will do.

I had air duct cleaning. Knowledgeable in what they do. Courteous. Cleaned everything up nicely. Completed job in a timely manner.

Only 1 complaint -- they forgot to plug one of the holes in my duct work system.
