Carpets are clean; they look and feel great. Carpet technicians are courteous and competent. We've used Zerorez in the past and it has always been a straightforward and noncomplicated experience (we help by moving most items out of the way to make it easier for them to clean). Two thumbs up.

I will always use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning because you do not use chemicals for your cleaning. The carpets come very clean and look almost like new after your service. In addition the fact that you communicate the arrival time of the cleaning with updates if necessary is extremely important to me. Your representative was a pleasure to work with and was obviously concerned with doing an excellent job.

A very thorough cleaning by Alex. Worked hard on dog pee spots and got them out. Added a special coating at the end. Our carpet continues to look brand new for an old carpet. Alex was polite, asked if we were satisfied with the job, and told us how long to wait before vacuuming. Zero Rez is the only carpet cleaner we ever use because they are the best!
