I appreciate that an experienced technician (Joe) came to fix the streaks that the inexperienced one had left on my carpet. Next time I will ask for the experienced one right off the bat.
Also - Joe kindly left a large fan here two days ago to aid in the drying process. I left it on the front step all day yesterday and today so someone could pick it up but it’s still there.
Can someone take it tomorrow pls?

We liked the guy who cleaned our carpet. He was very professional & did a great job. He showed up on time & got the work done efficiently. The carpets appear much cleaner than after the last company we hired to clean them. We’re very happy with Zerorez.

We are delighted by the service we received from Zerorez. From the call to set up the appointment to the payment at the end, there were no surprises and lots of courtesy. We were able to get service exactly when we wanted it (within a few days) and at a convenient time. Pricing was explained to me in detail and alternatives to special deals explained. When Chris showed up with his equipment, he was friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied as he finished in a timely manner. There were alternatives to payment (cash, check or credit card). It was a delight to work with such a great company!

Easy to schedule the appointment, technician called in a timely manner, arrived & explained the procedure based on the current condition of the carpeting. Then he started the cleaning process and finished right at the time he expected. The results were as expected, if not better!
