This was our first time using Zerorez and it was a great experience! James the technician was friendly and kind. When he called to say he was on the way he was so courteous. I wasn't expecting him to be out so soon in my window that he was patient with me while I took my son to school quick! Our service provide, Alberto De Leon was efficient, knowledgable and kind. Carpet looks great, too.

The person that came to do my carpets was very friendly and professional. he explained what he was going to do answered my questions and i was happy with the results.

We love that Zerorez does not use harsh products. The various representatives I spoke with were impressively polite and kind. And the technicians who cleaned my carpet were timely and effective. I was very pleased.

We were able to walk on our carpets sooner with Zerorez than other carpet cleaning companies we have used in the past. The carpets were actually cleaner as well.

I liked the ease with witch I set up the appointment. I liked even more the service when it was delivered. The results were fantastic and the person doing the work couldn't have been more cosiderate or efficient. We're sold on Zerorez.

There was, though, a new spot left in the master bedroom. I don't know what it is or how it got there but it did show up after the service.
