We loved the service and how flexible the services were. I love the texting communication to schedule our service. All my questions were answered and they were able to come out to our home in a timely manner. Jeremy did a great job! He cleaned all our furniture and explained how the process works. He was very efficient and did a thorough cleaning job. Price was pretty good as well.

Our cleaning technician Derek was a gem to work with! He pointed out spots that we had not noticed and was able to get them clean. He was made sure that the cleaning solution stayed off our adjoining hard wood floors. We also had a couple of area rugs to be cleaned and he discussed with us the best ways to clean them. Very considerate. The carpets look and feel wonderful and no chemical smells. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company we trust.
