Great service, reasonable price, friendly technician.
The tech person did a good job with the cleaning of the chairs but he wasn't very personable. I had to ask him questions that he should have told me as the consumer. For example, I had to ask how long before they would be dry and he said: " later today".

We’ve used Zerorez in the past and never been told that spots aren’t able to be cleaned because they are high traffic (bottom of stairs). Also being reminded / asked if I want to leave a tip was uncomfortable.
