This was our first time trying Zerorez and we're absolutely thrilled we did! Our tech, Nick, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and did an amazing job. We thought our pet stained carpet was beyond help but now it looks and smells great! Zerorez is well worth every penny and we'll definitely use them again.

I love the way that the carpets looks, smell, feel, are actually clean after you have come and gone. We had cats living with us all summer and you would no longer know it since Zerorez. Also, my feet didn't have any residue on them after walking on them. The service professional you dispatched was fantastic and super well mannered and sensible. He was simply the best!

Our Service Technician (Dylan Gollnick) was absolutely incredible. He is very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. Companies are lucky to have good dedicated people working for them, (especially during a Pandemic) and Zerorez is lucky to have Dylan Gollnick as a dedicated professional representing them. I normally do not take time to respond to service feedback forms but in this case your technician warranted a shout out as he did such a good job and was so professional.
The man, Simon, was professional and knew how to remove a carpet stain. He wore a mask. He was pleasant.
