Dan provided really great customer service and was very friendly. He was very communicative before, during and after the appointment. He let me know when he was close to arriving, he walked through the entire process, and found a few tiny stains that I didn't even see prior to the service. The carpets looks fresh and the dog smell from the previous homeowners is gone.

The Zerorez tech was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. The carpets looked very good after they were cleaned. I love the fact that they do NOT use any chemicals! The process did not take a long time to complete.

The entire process with Zerorez was delightful. From booking my appointment with customer service (and even having to rebook twice) they were most accommodating and pleasant! Their reminder calls preceding the appointment and even their tech calling when 10 minutes away from me was unbelievable! When my tech Brian arrived, he was extremely nice, professional, and did an excellent job! I have never run across such a professionally run, thorough and quality carpet cleaning service. I would imagine their other cleaning services would be excellent as well. Try them, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Easy to schedule an appt. You folks have been Johnny on the spot for emergency spills. Personnel are kind, helpful , very professional. Carpet dries quickly , even if done in the late afternoon , I’m Able to put my rooms back together next am. ( Which for an organized person like me is helpful!:) ) Bill is explained , and although I don’t have permanent pets , options are offered for any biological needs.
