Carpet clean, spots removed and feels soft.

Carpets got clean and technician was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.

The service team was friendly and prompt, the work was done efficiently and made sure things were in order before leaving.
Regarding the duct fogging he told me about when they finished; I feel, as an add on, it is a little expensive. I ended up getting it, but still feel it should be included or about half the price.

Great customer service. Was notified by Josh that he would be at my house at the back end of the the window time. Arrived and took care of business immediately and thoroughly.
