Our technician, Tyler, did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He was prompt, professional, and very pleasant to work with. Zerorez can be proud of Tyler.
He respected our home, gave good details on the process, and explained each step as he was doing the cleaning. He would make recommendations on what options would make sense for our needs, he listened to our questions and comments, then gave us the answers we needed to make decisions.
Some areas of the carpets were still drying today, but everything looked great, thus far.

The techs/ cleaners are always prompt and courteous. When the job is complete, the carpets are very clean with minimal dry time.
