He was also very personable and went above and beyond to teach us ways to better care for our carpet in a house with both kids and pets. I love how Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals when they clean my house, but they use products that are both gentle on my home and touch on smells and stains. I just bough a new home and had Zerorez do full carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. Now my house smells like nothing, just the way i like it! The technicians were also great! I have been using zerorez for years but the techs that came out most recently were my favorite! Always happy, making jokes and making great conversation as they are working hard!

We've used Zerorez twice now & have been happy with the service. The 2 employees that were here were wonderful!!! One of them went above & beyond outstanding service! He educated us on how to clean our cold air exchange, he told us about a permanent filter for the furnace, which we bought, and installed a breathe clean device on our system. He knew the process, the products, and was so professional!
