Justin was very punctual. I had a window from 12-3 and he was there by 1215. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were done in less than an hour and were able to remove some pet stains I was worried about. Would absolutely use zerorez again.

This is the first time I've used Zerorez to clean my carpets and I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge the technicians had. There was no question they did not know the answer to. They called to see if they could arrive a couple hours earlier, which was wonderful, they arrived promptly, we discussed the issues with my carpets, and they went right to work. The rugs look great. I would strongly recommend Zerorez.

I appreciated being able to get an appointment the day after I called. Anthony and Skylar came early and spent time with us explaining what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. Today, our carpet looks fantastic. Thank you Anthony, Skylar and ZeroRez!!
