They did an A+ job with a terribly stained antique rug and gave it a new life. We just had them out to clean the ducts in our new home, which appeared to have been rarely cleaned, and they got out 40 years of the previous owners' gunk from the ducts. We had a really huge cat urine odor and the technician worked really hard on getting rid of the smell. He also took the time to explain the process and even looked over our old carpet cleaners to tell us what was good and what was not. We really appreciate the extra attention to detail.

Professional and quick drying

Our duct cleaning crew, Heather and Chris did an excellent job. The were very professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. They reviewed the service they would be providing, walked through the process, scoped out the set up process for our home and completed the job in an efficient, timely manner.
If we had any questions, they did not hesitate to stop and answer them. They took the before and after photos to show us they amount of material in the truck lines, etc. Overall the system was much cleaner than we envisioned after 18 years since the last clean.
We would certainly use Zerorez again.

Our technician was great! Our rugs look wonderful. I asked for a touch-up in a high dog traffic area and he was happy to go over it again to appease me. Only thing I did not care for is the smell of whatever is used for a pretreatment. I am very sensitive and would prefer something with a much more subtle odor like nature or odorless.

The service person was very conscientious about dragging in snow, making a mess, wore boots, cleaned up any spilled water, turned on the fans we had out. He was very friendly and personable. He was able to provide an updated estimate when I wanted an additional service added, and made sure I understand the warranty.

He did a very good job on two rooms, and a staircase. I would definitely recommend ZeroRez and use them again.

Floors were dry, with fans within about 8 hours.

I was not happy with the carpet cleaning a Zerorez technician performed last Friday, but I am extremely pleased with the re-cleaning that was provided today at no additional charge. All my concerns were addressed politely, pleasantly, and completely by the technician who came to our home today. Our carpets are now as clean as I had expected when I contracted with Zerorez for the service.
