Never had a service person who isn’t friendly, professional, problem solves with me about specific stains, and teaches me how to better care for my carpet in between cleaning. They have also cleaned our large wool area rug, taking it and delivering it back with a new pad as ordered in excellent condition. They keep good records of what has been done in the past.
