We really enjoyed working with Sam. He explained things thoroughly, made sure our questions were answered and did an amazing job with our carpet.

Sam was very engaging, friendly and positive. He was truthful and upfront on the frequency we need to do our carpets

Our carpets look wonderful, even the high traffic area that Sam cautioned us might not come back a whole lot. We even stained it earlier this week of 2/22 and most of the stain came out with water. We are pleased.

The amount of time it took to refresh our home was so minimal and enjoyable, we will definitely return to Zerorez and Sam.

I appreciate the quality of products you use to clean carpets--especially that they are "earth-friendly". Also, the technician who came to our house was professional, on-time, and provided honest answers to my questions about certain spots and the kind of at-home cleaning products that work best.

My rug looked like new again! I already recommended your company to two other people.
I would have thrown this area rug away but now it's back under the table and the stairs also look great. You are my " forever cleaning company" from now on and I will continue telling everyone I see!! Your employees were very outgoing, friendly, professional, mature, I was very impressed!!! Everything was explained to me, the costs were all explained to me, and my floors were clean and dry before they left. I was very satisfied and VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! No stains reappeared when the rug and stairs dried.
