They did an awesome job on our carpets. Collin was very thorough in explaining everything and answering any questions. He also did a very good job and we won't use any carpet cleaner other than Zerorez. There is no crusty residue or soap film left behind, just clean carpets.

The technicians were awesome. Very transparent on what to expect and there was no pressure to sell other services. Respectful for our medical covid protocol by asking if I wanted them to wear a mask while in my home. Stairs look great and tile grout was back to its netural color with some deep stain areas that was expected because grout has never been sealed. Very satisfied with the results and would recommend Zerorez to friends and family!
