The end product- the carpets were cleaner than when I moved in a year ago. Took out the dog urine spots with the treatment abd I feel confident that the carpets are clean.

Dillon did an excellent job was conscientious about getting it right and supporting our needs in getting the vents cleaned. He was professional courteous and went about his work in a proper manner. Gave good explanations and answered all our questions related to process you use and showed us the before and after. I am glad he was the one responsible for my vent cleaning.
I would say he deserves a raise. Good customer service and personable. If I did it again I would ask for Dillon.
