Thank you Rick for making my first experience with ZeroRez a very positive one! Rick was prompt, professional, knowledgeable explained every step of the cleaning process. My carpet was badly stained with cat urine. Rick went the extra mile working hard at trying to remove the cat urine stains that unfortunately didn’t come out. He then recommended carpet replacement would be my best option and informed me that it’s a service ZeroRez offers. I mentioned that I wanted laminated flooring and He informed me ZeroRez also offers laminate flooring. I’ll definitely being following up!
