It was very easy to make an appointment, the tech was professional, explained everything to me and was fast! It was helpful to always be updated on the timing as well. Definitely would recommend Zerorez for their service and thorough job they did!

Zerorez did an amazing job on our carpets! We have very light colored carpet and they got all the spots and high traffic areas clean. Seth was professional, thorough and responsive to my input. The equipment is not loud, so it made more comfortable working while they also worked. Thank you!

My carpets get life-extensions due to Zerorex cleanings.
Also your spot cleaner is a miracle product - get's spots out before family events, holidays, etc.
However when your service man arrived here on May 18, 2022, you sent him alone - we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and as such, he had to go up and down/in and out to get set up/get all his equipment, etc. and cleaned 5 rooms of carpet plus scotch guard afterwards.
Other times we have had zerorez clean our carpets they have sent 2 men and that made things easier/faster/more efficient. I felt sorry for Ricky who cleaned our carpets. He did not complain, he did an excellent job but he sure could have used a helper!!
