Blaise was an absolute joy to work with! He’s very kind, professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Blaise has outstanding customer service and did a wonderful job quickly cleaning our 5 bedrooms that were in much need of carpet cleaning! Tech was friendly and professional. Got all stains lifted off carpet and stairs. One area that still had some crusty residue from milk spill but definitely improved. Will continue to use ZEROREZ.

This was my 2nd Zerorez experience because the 1st time was very positive. I think my favorite part is the fresh (aka non-chemical) smell in the rooms afterwards.
