What do you like about our products and services?

The technician was on time, polite & very attentive to the dirtiest areas of our carpeting. He was very thorough when cleaning & even went over the dirtiest spots several times, making sure to get all the dirt up & out! I'll ONLY be calling Zerorez next time I need my carpets cleaned!

Excellent service! Our technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was AMAZED what the product and technician were able to get out of the carpet. After the cleaning was complete, our technician walked us through how to treat stains the right way going forward. Thank you for giving us our carpet back!

How easily the stains were removed with organic cleaners and that even soap that was left from previous cleanings that were not done by Zerorez, was removed.

What do you like about our products and services?

Responsive Call Center - we received a scheduling callback the same day as we submitting our internet inquiry.
Quick service - we didn't have to wait more than a couple of days for the actual cleaning to take place.
Professional serviceman/technician was very friendly, informative and courteous!
Chemical free cleaning - no fumes or residues -- with pets and a toddler and baby on the way, this was really important.

What do you like about our products and services?

Cleans up old carpet that is 22 years old. Johnathan was real friendly and answered any questions I had. I liked that their wasn't any vacuuming up after it dried and it smelled clean in my house afterwards. This was my second time using Zerorez and I went to work and told people what a great job you did and I asked if you went all the way out to North Branch where a friend of mine lives so she was happy to hear that. I use to use Coit and I won't be going back.

They clean my carpet and get out stains. The carpet feels wonderful after the cleaning. there is also no use of soap. I will not use any other cleaners.

The results and work completed in a timely manner, as well as the employees that came to perform the cleaning :) Was recommended to Zerorez via K102 radio initially way back - but recently my sister & brother-in-law hired them & were very happy - so I then did the same. Anyone should needing cleaning with carpet or tile should hire Zerorez - they handled both my carpet and ceramic tile wonderfully :)

The cleanliness of my carpets after the service was completed. The suggestions provided by my carpet cleaner to save me money and protect a very old rug. (He came to work espcially to perform my work that day.)
