The clean results and the smell

I like the fact that is a more green process, no chemicals and fresh smelling. While a little early to tell if the cleaning will hold up it the carpets seem to look really good. I had the protectant applied so way to early to see the impact that will have. Service was prompt, great and the tech was very nice and accommodating. The carpet dried in the amount of time they said it would.

Your company showed up when you said you would, were well experienced and courteous. There was no pressure to add on anything that I didn't want to do. I liked the results of the carpet cleaning as well.

Doug McGregor, the technician, was so thorough. He got into corners, cleaned under the bed, and spent extra time on stains that have been around for quite a while. He spent more time cleaning than any other professional cleaner I have hired. I am thrilled, quite honestly. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend!

The results are great. I would like to add that the survey at the end of the appointment is very awkward for the client and technician. It should be sent to us as this survey is. You would get more honest resposes.
