Very professional, from scheduling, to email confirmation, to service person, Doug McGregor. I was especially impressed with Doug's knowledge of his products and services, his conscientiousness and thoroughness. He was able to get old, tough stains out that no other carpet cleaner had been able to. I thought I'd have to replace my carpet relatively soon, but now, it looks almost like new. The grout in my bathroom and entry way book do look brand new! And, I love that this was all done without harsh chemicals! I will definitely call Zerorez next time I need service, and will specifically request Doug; he was outstanding!

The young man who cleaned our carpet was very personable. Explained what he would be doing and what to expect. Asked if I or my husband had questions, but more importantly, he was conscientious about his work. At one point, asked me to come and take a look. I was shocked to see it was like night and day as he was half done with my living room. I had no idea it was that bad. I'm VERY happy with the results and have already recommended Zerorez to two friends who were undecided about using "Z" or "C". We've all used "C" and are thrilled to have a choice that, just makes sense. Thank you! One concerned comment would be that it added up to be almost twice the cost I had expected. My husband was not happy with me, but I'm still happy with the results.

I had a very satisfying experience working with Zerorez. The Customer Service team was GREAT! I spoke with three individuals - one was Maria, but I don't remember the other two names, however, ALL THREE were wonderful to work with, and represented the company in a positive, enthusiastic spirit. They were always courteous and helpful, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood how the cleaning process worked. Our schedules are somewhat tight, and they did their best to accommodate those needs, as well. The Service Technician, Lee, arrived promptly and was friendly and approachable. He did a thorough walk-through of the areas I wanted cleaned and addressed specific questions/issues about those areas. He worked quickly and efficiently, and did another walk-through at the end, and provided me with good follow-up instuction. At his suggestion, I decided to have two area rugs cleaned, as well. He took them with him that day and I was contacted within 24 hours by Michael about the cleaning options for those particular articles. In speaking with him it was obvious that he was knowledgeable about the fibers and dyes used on those rugs, and directed me accordingly. When the rugs were returned I was amazed at how wonderful they looked, and felt!

In brief, I would have to say that Zerorez did an outstanding job for us - both my husband and I are happy with the results, and have told others about our satisfaction with your products and services. Unfortunately, as a consumer, it is rare to find a blend of knowledge, competency, and customer concern these days, BUT Zerorez has all of that!

The method of cleaning seemed to work - the carpet looks and feels clean. The person who came to do the job was very professional and friendly.

Friendly, professional employee on the phone and in my home. I like the "no heavy chemicals" method both for my family's health and I think the carpet stays cleaner longer. Additional services were offered me but I did not feel pressured. It was very convenient that weekend appointments were available.

We have off white carpet in our house. We had a lot of kid and animals stains, as well as normal wear and tear dirt tracks from every day living. The carpets came out beautifully after the tech from Zerorez was at our house. I am very happy with the final results. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to a friend or family member.
