Sevy Bialke did a terrific job! He was very thorough, took great care around furniture and wall corners, and was very knowledgeable about what products would clean various spots and fabrics. I like the cleaning products. The carpets did not feel as though they had soap residue left from the cleaning. The carpet dried more quickly than after other cleanings.
There was an extremely unfortunate scheduling issue which would make me hesitate to recommend Zerorez to a friend or associate.

Joe was very courteous and friendly. He worked hard, and go the job done in the time specified. Our carpet had never been professionally cleaned - we always had done it ourselves. But, what we were doing just wasn't cutting it. Zerorez has the system to do the job well.
