The service was easy to schedule, quick to arrive, timely and efficient. The guys were incredibly friendly, respectful and informative. My carpets looked brand new and my home smelled extremely fresh and clean - not a "chemical" smell which was a relief. I have 10+ year old berber carpet on some high traffic stairs and I had no idea it had a "pattern" in it. Everything turned out fantastic.

Jose was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had a room with some very bad cat urine stains and odor. I had tried cleaning them myself but it got to be so bad that I couldn't even walk into the room anymore. Jose was able to remove the stains and odor and the cat has even stopped urinating outside the litter box since the she can not longer smell the urine in the carpet. I will definitely be calling Zerorez the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

The technicians were very nice. They seemed to work well together. They explained what they were going to do, and what the results were likely to be - including warning that one area may be too stained to fully come clean (which wasn't a problem for us). They worked efficiently, but did not seem to be rushing through. The carpet is really looking good (even the really stained part looks much better) and the kitchen tile looks almost new. Also, somehow I had miscounted the tiles in the kitchen for the estimate, and it was gently pointed out that my number was quite a bit off and thats why the total was higher than expected. I would use the company again.

Very happy with the service and impressed with the staff who came to my house. Carpets look great. Was a little suprised when the bill was given to me due to fact the person I talked to on the phone really didn't explain the total pricing. I thought the hall of about 3ft.x 8ft. being considered as a full room and charged $30.00 was a bit much. and the environmental fee also wasn't mentioned either.
