Zerorez is a company very comfortable to work with. They came within the time frame, were very respectful of my home, and animals. The carpet is fresh, and during the cleaning, the citrus fragrance was wonderful. The only downside, was that it took longer to dry, but the carpet is in a cool basement, so not surprised and it's not a problem. Thanks for great service, I'll be a repeat customer.

The product was recommended to me by a friend and certainly did a great job on my carpets and sofa. I left my home for a few days following the cleaning of the carpets and was delighted to see how clean they were upon my return.

The staff arrived as scheduled and professionally presented the Zerorez process of cleaning carpet......amazing because stains/spots were removed that had been in carpet for the past few years.The best part of the cleaning was that the carpet was dry by end of the day and the rooms had a pleasant citrus scent.

We were very pleased with the carpet job, especially the stairways which were very dirty and now look like new. The crew talked us into a tile/grout cleaning job in the kitchen as well, and we were very pleased with that result too. Crew was clean, careful, professional, and pleasant.
We were a little annoyed with the strong citrus smell that lingered for several days. Glad it was a smell we could tolerate. And it seemed that the chemical moisture in the air softened the finish on the stairway handrails. The next day however it was completely hard again.

Minimum drying time, smells like oranges, not saturated with water, carpets came out great and the staff member that did it was very informative about the procedure he followed and had a great personality but did not waste any time. I would be happy to recommend you to others.
