Despite my calling right before a holiday weekend they called back almost immediately to schedule an appt. The service techs were polite, very pleasant and very thorough. The pricing was very reasonable and the results were fantastic. Although not all of our long-standing pet stains were totally removed, they were subantially improved. We were very pleased with the service we received.
