We've used other carpet cleaning services and your process left our carpet looking clean without that stiff feel to the nap. Your serviceman also stretched our carpet in various rooms and that turned out much better than previous attempts.

Was expecting Bevis and Butthead to pull up in a 70's Ford van. I was sorely mistaken. The technicians Andrew and Oredus were first of all prompt, secondly very courteous, smart and an absolute blast to work with. The state of the art equiptment onboard the van and expertise of Andrew and Oredus left my three rooms, hallway, 3 sets of steps, 2 micro fiber recliners, 8x10 area rug and travel trailer looking like brand new! More importantly, the boss lady was very pleased when she arrived home from work that day. The few stains in the one room that were of most concern to us happened to be the room that they started in, five minutes into starting they called me upstairs to check it out and the stain were 100% gone!! Andrew explained to me in terms I could understand how the citrus cleaning stuff they pre-treat the carpets with works. Great care was taken in not marring walls and corners when the hose is pulled from room to room, and something I thought was really slick was the device (curtain) that is used in the doorway, in my area in the fall the flies are an issue and my home did not get one fly in it. I noticed on the lettering on the van that duct cleaning is another of the services that is offered, inquired, was explained to me the state of the art process for that service and said where do I sign up. Andrew and Oredus showed up the next day and POW, I've got clean air ducts! Very very pleased, money well spent know who I'm refering family, friends and co workers to for the services that you offer. You have a true asset to your company with employees like Andrew and Oredus and great care should be taken to ensure that they are compensated well for the way they represent your company.

Your company did a great job with cleaning my carpet. My three-year-old son had knocked over a plant which mean loose dirt and plant water all over my cream-colored carpet. I asked for same-day service as the plant water would surely stain the carpet if allowed to dry and I could barely sweep up the plant dirt without inadvertantly rubbing it in more deeply. The service technicians were quick, thorough and got the potential stain out! Can't even see any remains! Thank you, thank you! We most definately will recommend you and we will continue our cleaning service relationship with you!

Everyone was very helpful and they did a wonderful job. We have two dogs and they were able to get rid of the stains. I also like that it is chemical free.

Environmentally friendly process, very effective cleaning, knowledgeable technician...only regret is no moving of queen-size mattress w/box spring on simple roller frame (no headboard or footboard).
