I like the friendly, helpful employee who showed up. He offered to clean an old pet stain (it initially looked much better, but has since become visible again). He was working so hard at it that the plastic part of the machine broke. He called and another employee came out with a replacement unit.

Personal service of the lead guy, attention to detail, they got out spots, and it all looked great.

I liked Eric! He was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail and what I could expect. He also went "the extra mile" for me on our traffic areas. His personal service was exceptional and the next time I call zerorez, I will be asking to have him come back and clean our carpet. They have never been cleaned that good by anyone!

My Carpet looks GREAT. They were right within the time frame they gave me, and they were very neat and tidy with my furniture, by not disturbing the placement. They also cleaned and sealed my couch. It looks just like when I bought it. I would be VERY likely to refer your Company and already have and I will definately use you again in the future..

Friendly, neat and professional employee. No wet carpets to contend with after cleaning. Thorough assessment of carpet before cleaning and knowledge of what to expect. Had heard of Zerorez over WCCO and after hearing a friends positive experience, I was eager to have them come and clean my carpets.

Good communication! Ben did a great job informing me that some of my bad stains may not come out. He worked hard on the problem spots and I cannot find the stains now. It's good to know ahead of time that it may not end up as clean as we expect.

we have very light colored couches and i have tried cleaning them with our carpet cleaner and have never gotten them this clean. They are 9 years old and look as good as new. It was crazy how dirty the arm really was once he ran the machine over it. We are getting our carpets cleaned in a couple days and hoping for the same results. We would definatly recomend them to our friends and family :)

I like your carpet cleaning technique as well as your duct cleaning services. I did not have good luck previously with your area rug cleaning (pet stain removal), but the technician this time did do a good job with the surface cleaning of an area rug as well as with some stains in our carpeting. I don't plan to use you again for area rug cleaning if pet stains are an issue again, but otherwise, I will always call you for other services.
