I recently had my badly stained wool and nylon carpets cleaned by Chem-Dry. Disappointed with the results, I had it cleaned again 7 days later by Zerorez. The Zerorez technician came equipped with the following four items; 1) well-designed process equipment, 2) an impressive array of spot removing formulations, 3) the expertise required to use the previous items, and 4) the desire to deliver the very best possible outcome. The results far exceeded my expectations, and erased 18 years of stains generated by my teen artist daughter. I am an R&D chemist/engineer, and very picky consumer. Zerorez and technician Robert McCurdy get an A+ rating, as well as my future business and enthusiastic referrals. The Chem-Dry technician arrived equipped with item 4 above, but not items 1-3. The Chem-Dry equipment and process did not match that described and depicted on their web site. Thank you very much Zerorez, for a job well done!

Our Technician was Chris - he was so friendly and very diligent and helpful - as well as so proud of his work. On numerous occasions he came to get me to show me the difference between what he had cleaned and what had not been cleaned yet. The carpeting and my white couch looked amazing when he was done!! Product great.... dealing with the company was very pleasant.

We have a white, wool twenty year old carpet. We are elderly and really can't afford to replace the carpet. The carpet looks great except in the wear patterns in the foyer and hall. Your technician CHIRS HARDING worked on it with great vigor and it looks just amazing. We are so pleased with your employee and your product. I have heard nothing but good things about your company. The two times we have used Zerorez both employee's had nothing but praise for Zerorez. I certainly think that tells you something about a company when you not only make your customers happy but you have positive employees who have respect for the owners. The technician was very professional and sweet. He spent a food amount of time on our carpets. He didn't rush and was very informative. He also is quite the sales person. I have been in sales forever and this kid was sharpe and smooth Ina good way. The carpets look really good. We have older Berber on stairs and upstairs in bedrooms. We are now empty nesters and it had been years since we had them done. They look so much better. There is still some residual wear and tear stains but very small and he did a fab job. Heard about you from KQRS.

carpets are very clean and I like the scent of the cleaning solution (citrus), the service technician (Josiah Fordahl) was extremely courtesous and professional, did a great job overall and answered all my questions. I would definitely have Zerorez back in the Spring!

over all anice job. tech was polite and quick.he pushed the company he works for and their products.only draw back not having someone come first too give a quote as other companys do.matching another price over the phone is not a way to do bussiness when a compedetor does all your leg work.
