The cleaning was awesome, my carpets look brand new. So soft to walk on. And my carpets are 10 years old. I was impressed by Jon Stark and his associate with how professional and informative they were. They helped me move furniture back into my living room (they asked if they could do so) and they were so kind. I asked Jon for some of his business cards and I will definately be recommending Zerorez to all of my neighbors and friends. Good job!!!!

The technician explained the services in detail. The difference between the 2 pet stain options and the Cost! We had no hidden fee or extra charge!

The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and they worked rather quickly. Only one fan was used out of the 2 rooms that were cleaned. My only suggestion would be that there was another fan for that other room. I would definately be calling you back to do my lower level.

What I did not like about your last visit: my wife was asked if she would like the protctant without any mention of the cost. This is a rather low brow sales technique for Zerorez. I am sure this how you teach your ' technicians' to upsell, but I am disappointed you would stoop to such a tactic.

It was my plan to replace the carpet but, now we won't need to.Unlike any other carpet cleaning service we have used, your Technician were complete professionals and took the time to explain entire cleaning process to us.

I am amazed at how well the carpets and tile look. The gentlemen that performed the cleaning was extremely polite and professional and did a phenomenal job! Thank you!

They were able to remove very ground in stains in carpet in a rental property that we recently purchased. They came when they said they would come and gave recommendations for placing the furniture on plastic to prevent water from absorbing into the wood or metal parts leaving rust stains.
