We used Zerorez to clean our ducts. The staff that came was respectful and very helpful. They explained the process and worked quickly to complete the job. I have a young child on the home and they worked quickly to complete the upper level so I could have a quite area to take them.

We had Johnny from Zerorez come out to redo the living room due to spots and streaks as the result of the first cleaning. Johnny was very responsive to our requests and paid special attention to the spots and then redid the living room. The results were very good, most of the spots were gone and the streaks were gone. We are very pleased with the results.

The cleaning tech was amazing and worked very hard to get our carpets clean. We have another home that we would like this same technician to clean. May we request the same person clean that home as well?
