I was extremely impressed with Ernesto, the guy that not only cleared our carpets but went above and beyond that. He helped us move furniture to roll up our area rugs , lugged them out to his van to be sent to Xerorez to get cleaned. Ernesto was polite, friendly and his advice was spot on.Give Ernesto a raise!
