My technician Kieren Moore was amazing walked through the house with me addressed concern areas and did an amazing job. Carpet was dry and smelled great within 6 hours. I would have him out again and highly recommend him to everyone looking for a great cleaner.

The carpets are clean. They smell fresh. The service tech called ahead and arrived during the timeframe that was scheduled. The tech also moved some of the furniture to gain better access for cleaning.

Was able to get quote timely with no surprises when service was complete. Service tech was professional and courteous, explained everything well, talked to me about the problem areas I had. The only thing that wasn't what I had expected was how damp my carpets were after the cleaning. The carpets did take longer to dry than I thought they would. I was told it would take about 24 hours to dry, but that stretched to more than 48 hours before I could put the rooms back together.

They did a great job and my carpet results were better than I expected.
