Jay did a very good job and was careful around legs and corners. We had the entire top level of our walkout townhouse cleaned and so far everything looks good and has dried completely.
At this point we are happy with zerorez.

Our service provider was on time and was respectful of our home. He answered all of our questions and our carpets are very clean. We especially appreciated how he cleaned the traffic patterns so they were not noticeable. Thank you.

Keith was a good service tech and thoroughly explained the process and the possible results.

The carpet is cleaner now than when he arrived but still has some spots that don't look great, which i attribute to the age of the carpet.

We would hire Zerorez again.
