The carpet looked great immediately afterwards and still looks good 4 days later. It appears.very clean except for traffice pattern areas,which the service man told me would be a problem.
ALex kept updated status communication with me when he had a modification in his previous job that helped us coordinate at home. He also contacted me when he got to our house to be sure we were on same page re:details of the job as per my phone conversation when scheduling.

We have always love the service that you have brought to us. you guys show up on time and if we have any question during the time that he or she is their they are glady going to answer any question you have for them. the person is nice,respectful. we have been using you guys for 31 years now and counting.
They always do a good job, explain services and are knowledgable. The only issue I had is that my window of arrival was 10-1 and he didn't get there until 3. He did keep me posted on his arrival time though which was appreciated.
