The communication is fantastic.
Everyone I encountered with Zerorez was professional and nice. Scheduling was easy and they sent several reminders when the cleaners would be coming. After the first cleaning, there were a few areas of concern, but Zerorez immediately scheduled a refresh and ran over the carpets again. The end result was very nice! We would use them again and will recommend them to others.
