Zerorez did not use any soap. The tech. did a small area in our livingroom, stopped cleaning and then asked,do you want to see the before and after? It was amazing. It was getting the carpet so clean. Overall,we were quite pleased.

Chris did a great job of cleaning up some stains that may have been up to a year old. He was very knowledgable about the products he sells/uses and explained the results I was mostly likely to expect. I went back to the property, it was a rental, and after drying still appears to be gone.

Well trained staff from the courteous persons who answer questions and set up the appointment to the competent persons who actually clean the carpets are"on the same page." A person calls a day or two in advance to give you an approximate morning or afternoon arrival time. The carpet cleaner lets you know when he is on his way. The process is seamless and professional. The actual cleaning time for my townhome was only 1.5 hours. Drying time was 2 days. Because my carpets are 30 years old and had heavy soap build-up from previous cleaning, and because I am especially sensitive to chemicals, I asked 0-Rez to do a second rinse. They did.

The service tech is friendly and knowledgeable and does a great job. I really like the way they close off the outside doorway while they are cleaning the carpets. There is no smell of chemicals at any time and the carpets look great when they are finished. Our carpet smelled great too after it was cleaned. Our dog had had a few accidents on it before she was diagnosed with being diabetic and with the "pet treatment" they used on it it really made a difference. THANK YOU ZEROREZ!!!!
