The two young men who cleaned my carpet were so polite and professional. (Darnell LaShappelle was the lead technician) They asked me to check things out as they finished each area. Everything was carefully explained before they began their work and they showed concern that I was totally satisfied when the job was finished. I am very pleased with how my carpets look and feel. I like that you don't use chemicals or detergents. Area rug came out soft not stiff.
