I had an incredibly positive experience with zerorez! The service professional worked with me to accommodate my schedule on the day I needed the carpets cleaned. I had a narrow time-frame and he called ahead and we scheduled a time that worked for me. He was quick, friendly and efficient. I was moving out of my apartment that day and he even offered to move a table when he saw my mother and I struggle to carry it down the steps! I would definitely recommend zerorez to anyone needing their services!

I appriciated the straight forward pricing, the estimates I was given prior to service were very acurate with my final pricing. The service from scheduling my appt to Dave, who came to clean the carpets, was extremely professional and helpful. Can I just say that Dave did a FANTASTIC job on our carpets. We were certain with the number of stains, both pet and kids, that our only option was new carpet, however when he was finished, our carpet looked brand new! I would highly recommend zerorez.

Everyone was very upfront about all the costs, not lowballing the price and then the final price is significantly more. The service technician was great; He spent a great deal of time making sure all the spots on the carpet were treated and was successful getting everything out. Overall a great experience. I would definitely call them again when I need to have carpets cleaned again. Just wish you went farther north as my cabin carpet could sure use this quality cleaning as well!!!
