Friendly, efficient workers that take pride in their work. Seventeen year old carpets look like new (even the heavy traffic area which we weren't holding out much hope for). 'Old' spot that we don't even remember came back....we called and Chris (?) came back and worked on that spot and 2 others we didn't even see. It is pretty much 100% gone! Great job! Happy to recommend to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned.

We had checked out a few different companies to clean our air ducts to compare prices. We knew Zerorez was known for carpet cleaning and upholstery, but I was surprised to see that they also did air duct cleaning. Between the reputation of Zerorez as well as their competitive pricing, we decided to go with them. Patrick showed up right on time, and he was very friendly and professional. I sat in the kitchen and listened to all of the dust and debris that was going through the tubes as our ducts were cleaned (VERY glad we had this done). Our air quality in our home has greatly improved, and we wish we would have done this sooner! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others. Thank you!

Zerorez was all that KQ92 said it was. Our technicians arrived 30 minutes early. I was very impressed with the knowledge Andrew and Eric had about the system and the products. We hadn't professionally cleaned our carpets since the house was built in 2003. The citrus spray they used was amazing, it seemed to remove all the stains without even scrubbing. The were very polite in caring for our home. They used orange plastic corner protector which I had never seen before to protect our woodwork. The carpet dried well, looks brand new and smells clean. Thank you again for your wonderful service and we will definatly be using you again.
